Introduction[]
A buddy of Razak's, Tom "Sushi" Yee, is in a bit of a problem. It seems that the government has torn down his business in Kota Pantai Kuala and used the spot to erect one of the many statues of Baby Panay seen throughout Panau. Razak is tired of listening to his friend whine and wants you to bring the head of Baby Panay to Sushi. Well, the statue's head, anyway.
Mission briefing from the PDA map:
- "Tom Yee, business partner and friend of the head of the Roaches crime cartel Razak Razman, has suffered a great loss. His bustling and very successful business complex was condemned and torn down to make way for the site of yet another Baby Panay statue.
- "Mr. Razman wants someone to destroy the statue and bring its severed head to Tom Yee's mansion as a gift."
Walkthrough[]
The provided weapon (Rocket Launcher) isn't necessary at all. If everything goes right, you won't have to fire a single shot from any hand held weapon.
The Panau Military has a bit of a presence in this town, guarding their beloved Baby Panay. They have even brought a pair of GV-104 Razorback armored cars... how thoughtful.
Grapple your way to the statue and get in the nearest armored car. Take your time and kill all the nearest soldiers. But note that taking too much time will give them time to call for support.
Then shoot the statue, or just double Grapple the head to the other armored car. Use the other armored car from this point forward (it's still in mint condition).
You will get heavy resistance in the form of construction workers and the military, so head straight to the coastal mansion by the mouth of the river to the east. Do not take any shortcuts, stick to the road, otherwise the head will likely become stuck. The hardest thing is keeping the armored car moving forward since your momentum will be lost frequently while dealing with traffic and military. The drop off point is the red arrow at the mansions front door. It will turn green when you drive into it.
After the mission, if you go look behind the house, Sushi will have put the head of Baby Panay to good use - as a decoration for his fountain. The head "cries" through water gushing from its eyes.
The two GV-104 Razorbacks in this mission. Notice that they do not have machine guns even when the Black Market version is level 6.
Trivia[]
- The only other mission that features a GV-104 Razorback is Taming the Beast.
- However, you are not specifically required to use one in this mission.
- These armed construction workers can also be seen in the mission Save the Forest and Siphoning Gas.
- These GV-104 Razorbacks are armed with Auto cannons only. This is odd because most vehicles that are also owned by the Agency will spawn with the same weapons set as your Agency version. The Agency GV-104 Razorback will have 2 coaxial machine guns and an autocannon, if upgraded to 6 stars.
- On rare occasions, a soldier can take the other Razorback and follow you all the way to the mansion. However, as seen everywhere throughout the game, the AI is incapable of operating the turret.
- There's a heat-less MV V880 parked near the statue during the mission (meaning no heat if seen in it). It could also be used to tow the head, if the GV-104 Razorback makes it too easy for you.
- If the statue at Kota Pantai Kuala has been destroyed before the mission, the game will spawn a new one for the mission.
