Kampung Jalan Gunung is a village in Just Cause 2.
Description[]
It a medium-sized village. There are three road-crossings in the area around the village. At the south-eastern part, at one of the road-crossings, is a large Gas Station, also accopanied by a walled-off compound with four vertical Fuel Depots. This is the ending point for the Ular Boys side-mission Taking Candy From a Millionaire.
The rest of the village, which is mainly located to the north-west of the Gas Station, consists mostly of wooden cabins and slum shacks, and there's also a Panau Military Checkpoint here. Though, be sure to check the forest just north-east of this checkpoint, as there are some ancient temple ruins there (most likely built by the Ular Tribe). There's a resource item to be found there. The road that leads through this part of the village continues to the Panau Falls Casino, which is clearly visible from the settlement.
The name means "Mountain Road Village" in Malaysian, a name that fits the location well.
