This article may seem complete to the untrained eye, but the gaps in information are still large enough for this elite team of Panauan Ninjas to hide inside of.

Jade Tan is a character in Just Cause 2.
She works for The Agency, providing them with valuable information about the government's and criminal faction activities in Panau. Some time before Rico arrived in Panau, she started posing as the Swedish agent Karl Blaine's girlfriend, to gather info on Baby Panay.
She meets agents Rico Rodriguez and Maria Kane, for the first time, when they arrive at Karl Blaine's Residence to question him. Jade tells them that Karl is in trouble at the Panau Falls Casino. Rico leaves with Jade, to assist Karl.
Karl is later captured by Panay and reveals Jade's snooping, which leads to her capture. Rico rescued her before she could be tortured and she provided him and Tom Sheldon with intel on the superpowers attention on Panau, along with their affiliations to the factions, so they could continue destabilizing Panay's rule.
- Despite being a Panauan, Jade's Southeast Asian accent has some Japanese accent added into it. She doesn't sound similar to Bolo Santosi (the only other known panauan woman) at all.
- She's probably the only one in the game, aside from Sri Irawan that says something in Malay/Indonesian, which are the languages that are used for most settlements in Panau and which might be the official languages of the country. She says "Selamat Jalan" to Rico in the end of the third cutscene in Casino Bust, which roughly translates to "Goodbye". This is the same thing Sri Irawan says in one of the cut-scenes in Into the Den, if the Ular Boys are the faction of choice.
- Presumably her weapon of choice is the Revolver, as that is the only weapon she is seen with in the cut-scene where Rico and Kane arrive at Karl Blane's Residence.
- Her espionage activities are presumably highly secretive and involve actual spying, unlike Rico, who's not really a spy at all (never spies and only acts as a one man army).
