Kem Kapitan Luk Ya Sian is a military base in Just Cause 2.

Description

It's a Panauan Military base and home to many soldiers. The base is pretty small and located close to the top of Gunung Gila. It's mostly an usual communications base, just like many bases in the Berawan Besar Mountains, but two things are different. There's no road to the base, due to its location and the 3 Radars usually found in the corners are each replaced with Guard Towers.
Extremely oddly for a base that can only be accessed by aircraft, it has 3 armored vehicles.

It's in the mountains, very close to the Gunung Gila Pangkat Facility. The base is accessible to only aircraft.
CompletionEdit
- 1 Communications Mast.
- 1 Communications Outpost.
- 1 Fuel Depot.
- At least 3 Generators.
- At least 3 Broadcast Towers.
Destroying the radio equipment would realistically render the facility useless to the Panauan war machine. The area will no longer be restricted after completion, except for the area around the Communications Outpost. Soldiers can still be found at the base, but only a few of them.
