He's a colonel in the Panau Military.

Quote from the PDA (Needs confirmation, it might not be an exact quote):

"He is belived to farm poppies on the side of the tarmac, at the airport where he's stationed. He's using his airport for illegally trafficing raw panauan opium into Macau, also known as the drug ring. He takes uses of the rice paddies in Colonel Ken Merdeka's jurisdirection to hide the goods before transport. Both Lee and Jegathesan find Merdeka hilarous and very guillible. They say without him, the drug ring would not be possible."

LocationEdit

Lembah Delima airstrip, at about X:25920; Y:20230, in the south-east part of East Tanah Raya. He is near the green building next to the airstrip.
