Prospero Balística is a location in Just Cause 4.
Description[]
Quote from the map marker: "This factory exports weapons to over 100 nations in addition to being the largest manufacturer of Black Hand weaponry."
The factory has a large wall around it with multiple guard posts and towers, giving it a vague resemblance to an old fortress. This is further backed up by the castle - the factory's tall main building at the northern end.
There are lots of big yellow pipes and smokestacks around the factory. Some destructible objects include Transformers, Fuel Tanks, Distillation Towers and Satellite Dishes. There is also a Surveillance Airship too after the mission here. The base is armed with 4 cannons on each edge of the base. There are 3 doors in the base that have weapon crates under them that can only be opened during the mission.
After liberation, you might find an Army of Chaos sniper wielding a LRD-3 Sniper floating in mid-air close to a guard tower. This is some kind of spawning bug. Also after liberation you might find an Army of Chaos rebel wielding an Anti-Tanque-1 RPG.

This base is located on the northern coast of Abundancia, at the north-east corner of the area.

- Destroy 1 Surveillance Airship.
- Complete 5 stunts:
- Speed Stunt - Pass through the ring faster than 50 km/h in any vehicle. This one is tricky in that it appears to be best done with a helicopter, but the helicopter blades might hit a nearby roof, spinning it out of control within seconds.
- Wingsuit Stunt - Wingsuit through all rings in less than 12 seconds.
- Boat Stunt - Pass through the ring in a Stormwater Patrol Boat. Completing this stunt unlocks it for supply drop.
- Boat Stunt - Pass through the ring in a Dame de la Mer Yacht. Completing this stunt unlocks it for supply drop.
- Bike Stunt - Pass through the ring in a Prisa Viveza Bike.

- Bloodhound Siege Helis, Dropzone Choppers, and Firebrand Scout Choppers appear during the mission here, though none spawn here afterwards.
