Once you arrive at the scene, talk to the informant. You must then drive him to the drop-off point. Luckily, there's a handy Maddox FVA 45 right there. On the way to the drop-off zone, you'll encounter two Roadblocks and many hostile pursuers. The informant will man the turret and he has very high health, so he should survive the trip.

If you die during the mission, then click "continue" and then "abort". When you spawn back at a Faction Stronghold, the "Government Informant" mission goal will still be up, you can talk to him and he'll follow you even outside the mission! The government will try to kill him, but will leave you alone.
- To "pull a Jeremy" is an expression for promising to help obtain alcohol, money and/or food, but having no intention of actually doing it. More info about this at the urban dictionary.
- The government informant uses the character model of a Panau Military elite. He is the only green-marked elite in the game. On that note, this is the only elite carrying a Pistol, other than the ones encountered during the mission Chemical Heist.
- This is the only mission that features a Chepachet PVD, other than as a part of high Heat levels.
- This mission is the only time where a Panau Military traitor will fire at his former allies.
