Satellite Station: Coulomb is an offshore rig in Just Cause 3. It is part of the Bavarium Sea Heist DLC.
Description[]
It's a medium sized offshore rig in the waters of Scolio. Like all other Satellite Stations, was owned by the eDEN Corporation, but the Black Hand occupied the station some time after the corporation's bankruptcy.
The in-game map description states: "One of the more recent Satellite Stations, Coulomb was established in the early 1990s far from the other facilities due to its volatile experiments concerning electric charge. By that time, the Stingray research network had made significant advances in their study of storms and were attempting to harness the power of lightning. Had they succeeded, their work would have helped solve the energy crisis and greatly benefited eDEN Corporation. Alas, this most promising experiment would be their last."
