Sungai Geneng is a military base in Just Cause 2.

DescriptionEdit

The base is heavily fortified, with some concrete grounds and buildings. It's one of the few bases of this type in the district. In general there's a whole bunch of hangars; bunker buildings and a couple of helipads here. The base has got two SAM sites to defend itself from air assaults. It's located on Pulau Kenjantanan. The name means "Pedra River" in Malaysian.

A lot of health cabinets can be found there.

This is one of the very few bases that are almost completely abandoned. If you don't cause chaos, you might not see any soldiers at this base. Another similarly abandoned base is in the Berawan Besar Mountains. That mountain base has only 1 soldier.

This is an abandoned part of Panau. No soldiers or civilians spawn here at all. Not even the workers for the fuel pipeline. A short distance away, there's some abandoned roads and a little storage shanty, with a Racetrack checkered flag sitting out front, but no race marker on the map. This needs confirmation. There's a glitch that can cause people to disappear from the game.
