Hi, I noticed your message, and I was hoping I could provide a good answer:

When I take my screenshots, I don't actually get rid of the HUD. What I usually do is chose a moderate resolution, position my character diagonally away from the vehicle, and take a snapshot. After that, I crop the image with Paint.NET.
